You can use any bowl you want thanks to the tare function. This function also enables you to add extra ingredients and weigh them separately. The digital display makes reading the weight easy.
Grams and pounds
The kitchen scale unit can be switched from pounds to grams so you can prepare recipes that either use the imperial standard system or the metric system. The maximum weight capacity is 5 kilograms. After 120 seconds it shuts off automatically so you do not waste any batteries.
