Easy to clean
The Tristar electric barbecue is very easy to disassemble completely so that you can place the grill rack and grease collector in the dishwasher and the grill element can easily be wiped clean. The barbecue has a special metal water container in which the fat collects. Because the fat falls into the water, less smoke is released. It doesn't matter which way the wind is heading, you are always in right place!
